Terms of service
The owner of the online store ampride.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Ampride OÜ (registration code 17098405), located at Filtri tee 6, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 10132, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information
These terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated alongside the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price. All prices in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer during the order process.
Information about the product is provided directly with the product in the Online Store.
Order Placement
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place an order, the required fields must be filled in and a suitable method of product delivery must be selected. Then the amount due will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Bank payments
- Visa/Mastercard card payments
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Pay later solutions
NB! When paying by bank link, be sure to click the “Back to Merchant” button on the bank’s website.
Payments are processed by Paysera LT, UAB. Payment is carried out in a secure environment outside of the Online Store – when paying by bank link, in the bank’s secure environment, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Paysera LT, UAB. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card data. The contract comes into effect upon receipt of the payment amount into the Online Store’s settlement account.
The owner of the Online Store is the data controller and transmits the necessary personal data for processing payments to the authorized processor Paysera LT, UAB.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to stock depletion or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including the delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the sending of the notification.
Delivery
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
For receiving the goods, the buyer has the following options:
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed with the delivery method.
Domestic shipments within Estonia usually reach the buyer’s designated destination within 3–7 working days from the conclusion of the sales contract. Outside of Estonia, delivery takes place within 3–12 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, delivery of the goods may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than that which is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal declaration from the purchase must be submitted (the form can be found here) and sent to the email address info@ampride.ee no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except when the reason for the return is that the returned product does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. an incorrect or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal declaration or provide evidence that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
The Online Store will refund all amounts received from the buyer under the contract immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal declaration.
The Online Store may withhold refunds until the goods, which are the subject of the contract, have been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund an amount that exceeds the cost associated with the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price in the Online Store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
Right to File a Claim
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery. For the first year after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The Online Store has the obligation to disprove this presumption.
If a defect is discovered, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months by sending an email to info@ampride.ee.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all amounts associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing, or in a form that allows for written representation, within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data provided by the buyer solely for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal data to companies providing transportation services for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct marketing notifications.
The buyer can unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the offer email.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, these should be sent to the email address info@ampride.ee.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of procedure can be reviewed and an application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also contact the European Union online dispute resolution platform.
